This past January, I failed.
Two fellow coaches and I tried to launch a 3-week group coaching program. You might remember it.
Eager and green, we couldn’t wait for hoards of people to come banging at our door.
How many people signed up, you ask?
Zero. A big fat egg.
After months of work, our efforts launched to… crickets.
Licking our Wounds
While the failure was painful, we regrouped quickly. We knew that:
We loved working together
We had something unique to offer to the world
We failed because we didn’t have big enough audiences to convert into a paid program
The learnings were poignant and meaningful, and they pointed to something obvious: why not create something and give it away for free?
Thus, No Clear Answers (Apple, Spotify) was born.
The Anti-Guru Podcast: A Phoenix from the Ashes
We created No Clear Answers because we were sick of interview-based podcasts that treat experts as gurus on the mount, preaching how the world works while they plug simple prescriptions to complex issues.
We craved nuance. We craved diversity of perspective. We craved challenging conventional thought and we craved having fun in the process.
All this drove us to start No Clear Answers (Apple, Spotify).
The podcast combines perspectives from executive leadership & career coach Rikki Goldenberg, licensed clinical psychologist turned creator coach Corey Wilks, and myself.
In the show, we explore the common challenges we all face as creators, leaders, and people. We deconstruct common self-help ideas, apply nuance, and provide novel and actionable ideas for you to experiment with.
The podcast trailer says it best:

P.S. If you give it a listen, I would love to hear your feedback. What do you love, what do you hate, and how can we be even better?
Love this Justin! Look forward to listening in and learning - and not being told what I need to do :)
Love the theme of your podcast, Justin! One of the initiate's greatest challenges is sorting through the BS to find the wisdom and practices that will meaningfully improve their wellbeing. Sounds like your podcast will help with this process.
